Allan Wien FRICS
Allan is a Chartered Surveyor with a background in West End Commercial estate agency and as a director of a public property company. He formed West Country Properties in 1982 to specialise in retail development and investment and Visa Properties in 1991 as a vehicle for the purchase of residential ground rents.

Vivienne Wien
Vivienne is one of the founding members of Visa Properties Ltd, she assisted in establishing the commercial portfolio and continues in the day to day running of the company.

Richard Wien MBA
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management, Richard has experience in commercial estate agency, and business consultancy in the UK and U.S.A. He joined the company in 2003 and moved to Leeds in 2011 after establishing Commerson Estate Management to manage the retirement portfolio.

Sasha Wien
Sasha has been involved with the company for 10 years, initially managing the ground rents and the day to day running of the company. In addition to these roles, she now liaises with agents regarding the commercial portfolio and deals with the finances of the company.
