Our history began with the establishment of West Country Estates by Allan Wien in 1981.\u00a0 A company focussed on <\/span>provincial shop investment and development.<\/p>\n

Visa Properties was established in 1981 with an initial focus on investing in residential ground rents secured on estates of houses.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2014 the two companies were merged into Visa Properties Ltd.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visa Properties, with Commerson Estate Management<\/a>,\u00a0has become one of the few companies with specialist and well\u2011regarded knowledge in this field.<\/span><\/p>\n
